PAJAMA JAM DATES AND TIMES

8am - 2pm:

Marketplace Opens to Attendees

Food Vendors begin serving Attendees

Vendors may begin tear-down

\\INCLUDED IN BOOTH

Each booth comes with a skirted table, two chairs, electricity and free wi-fi access.  With over 700 women at this event, it is a great opportunity to boost your business -- and it's a fun time for EVERYONE involved! Time to get your Pajama Jam on and be a part of the party!

\\TOTE BAG ITEMS

Each guest is given a tote bag filled with goodies and information when they arrive. As a vendor, you have the option to put something in each of the guest bags (around 700 of them)! This can be an informational card, fun giveaway item, or even a small sample of your product! 

 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

Any free samples/items to be purchased in your booth MUST NOT contain confetti and/or glitter.

\\FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE

Due to parking being short, there will be designated vendor parking. Cumulus Broadcasting will be running a shuttle to and from the vendor parking on Saturday until the event is over. We encourage all vendors to carpool as much as possible. Any cars that are illegally parked in the hotel parking lot (in firelanes, blocking entrances/exits, double parked, etc) will be towed at the owner's expense in order to follow safety/security requirements.
