\\PREPARE FOR YOUR HOTEL STAY

Please double check the room type you have reserved for your party.  Not everyone will be able to book a room with two beds.  The hotel has a limited number of roll-aways, and those will be distributed on a first come/first serve basis.  The hotel will try to track the requests and make sure that anyone requesting a roll-away after they have all been reserved is made aware that they will not be receiving one. 

 

It's a pajama party!! Please bring extra blankets and pillows, as the hotel also does not have enough to provide extras to all of the rooms. 

 

 

\\FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE AND CARPOOLING

With most rooms having (4) guests per room, there will not be enough parking at the hotel for each person's car.  We highly encourage you to carpool with your friends to attend the event.  Overflow parking has been arranged at Truman Landing at the corner of Providence and Reactor down the hill from the hotel. The hotel will be running a shuttle to and from the overflow parking lot on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.  Please note that any cars that are illegally parked (in firelanes, blocking entrances/exits, double parked, etc) in the hotel parking lot will be towed at the owner's expense to meet safety/security requirements. 

 

Shuttle Schedule

Saturday: 4 - 8 p.m.

Sunday: 8 - 11:30 a.m.

 

 

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

Only the guests that are staying in a room at Pajama Jam are allowed entry into Pajama Jam. This is not an event that is open to the public, or allows for tickets to be purchased at the door. You must have a wristband to enter into the Marketplace and other activities. There is a MAXIMUM of four guests per room.

 

 

\\WRISTBANDS

You and your party will be receiving a wristband to get into the Marketplace. A max of four wristbands per room.

 

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

You will be given the option of purchasing a $12 drink wristband for bottomless house keg beer and house wine at the hotel bar. There will be two options of keg beer and four options of house wine. Wristbands will be valid from 4 pm - 10 pm. The full bar will still be available in Antlers for attendees to purchase other beverages/cocktails if wanted.  Wristbands will be sold in the lobby starting at 2 p.m. 

 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

No outside food or beverage are allowed in the Antlers Bar or Conference Space, with the exception of the vendor goods from the Marketplace.  No outside cups, bottles or glasses are allowed in The Antlers Bar or any of the marketplace rooms.    The hotel will be selling wristbands for $12.00 each to include two options of keg beer and four options of house wine.  Glassware/cups will be provided by the hotel.
